Trapstar London offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain exclusive drops and collaboration pieces may be marked as final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all official Trapstar hangtags and security seals remain intact and untampered.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
